I am KFA trained with 18 years experience hosting dance and exercise classes. Safety is at the forefront of my mind when teaching and all classes include a full warm up and cool down.
If you are new to my classes please read the attached guidance and complete and bring along the pre-exercise questionnaire. If you can’t print it you can complete a copy on the day. If you have any of the conditions listed in the guidance or the pre-exercise questionnaire you must check with your doctor before starting any new exercise.
