Dance Fitness
Fun dance and exercise routines in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where you will improve strength, suppleness, agility and co-ordination using a variety of music for those who enjoy moving and dancing but who maybe haven’t exercised for a while – all low impact and suitable for over 50s.
Gentle Exercise to Music
These gentle classes are aimed at older people who may find other exercises too strenuous. With a mix of seated and standing exercises designed to maintain and improve fitness and strength, balance, mobility and co-ordination you can work within your own ability in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
